Account Management

Creating an account is easy and free:

  1. Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage
  2. Fill in your username, email, phone number, and password
  3. Verify your email address and phone number
  4. Complete KYC verification to start trading

Once registered, you can log in and start exploring our platform.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a mandatory verification process required by financial regulators to:

  • Prevent money laundering and fraud
  • Verify your identity
  • Comply with international financial regulations
  • Protect your account security

To complete KYC, you need to submit a valid government ID and proof of address. Verification usually takes 24-48 hours.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Trading

To place a trade:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Trading page
  2. Select the asset you want to trade (crypto or commodity)
  3. Choose your trade direction (UP or DOWN)
  4. Enter the amount you want to invest
  5. Select the trade duration
  6. Click "Place Trade" to confirm

Your trade will be executed at the current market price and will close automatically after the selected duration.

MT6 Trade offers a variety of trading assets including:

  • Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), and more
  • Commodities: Gold (XAU), Silver, Oil (WTI), and more

New assets are added regularly. Check the Market page for the complete list.

The minimum trade amount is $10 USD (or equivalent). There is no maximum limit, but we may require additional verification for very large trades.

Different assets may have different minimum requirements. The exact minimum will be shown when placing your trade.

Deposits

To deposit funds:

  1. Log in and go to your Wallet page
  2. Click "Deposit"
  3. Select your preferred payment method
  4. Enter the deposit amount
  5. Follow the instructions to complete the payment

Deposits are usually processed within 1-24 hours on business days.

We accept multiple payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (manual bank transfer)
  • E-wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, etc.)
  • Mobile banking
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, etc.)

Available methods may vary by region. Check the deposit page for options available in your country.

Withdrawals

To withdraw funds:

  1. Log in and go to your Wallet page
  2. Click "Withdraw"
  3. Select your bank account or payment method
  4. Enter the withdrawal amount
  5. Confirm the withdrawal request

Withdrawals are processed within 1-2 business days after verification.

Withdrawal fees are as follows:

  • Admin Fee: 2% of the withdrawal amount
  • Minimum Withdrawal: $10 USD (or equivalent)
  • No additional bank fees (except possible intermediary bank charges)

Example: Withdrawing $100 will incur a $2 fee, so you receive $98.

Withdrawals may be pending for several reasons:

  • KYC verification not completed
  • Credit score below 100 points
  • First-time withdrawal requiring additional verification
  • Large withdrawal amount requiring manual review
  • Suspicious activity detected

Contact our support team if your withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 business days.
